Home delivery service saves you time, spares your nerves and allows you to maintain your physical health. If your car is not big enough, you do not want to risk injuring your back or do not have any spare time, we will gladly make your life easier and deliver your order to the your home or business address ourselves.

The price includes:
- Order with the max weight of 500 kg/max size of 6 m3.
- Safe delivery of your goods – the service provider will be responsible for getting your order to you in one piece.
- Delivering your products to your doorstep and to an apartment building up to the 5th floor (for every next floor an extra 3 euros will be charged).
- Safe handing over of the order while taking into account all the relevant rules and restrictions (safe distance, face masks and everything else that might be necessary depending on the current situation).
Assembled items purchased from the Showroom or the Discount area are delivered only to the customer’s building.
Delivery service is not available for live plants.
Due to the risk of coronavirus, we do not carry goods inside and leave them at the door of the Customer’s house or apartment instead.
Picking with delivery
We offer a combined in-store picking and delivery service if you would prefer to sit back and relax. Simply grab your shopping list, place the order with a co-worker at one of our info desks and pay for it at the checkout. We will pick your goods and deliver them at the agreed time.- This service can only be used in IKEA Tallinn store
- This service is the picking of the self-serve furniture area products in IKEA Tallinn store for home delivery
- The picking fee is 17,00 € which is added to the home delivery price
For example: In Tallinn, the picking with delivery service costs 17,00 € + 29,90 € = 46,90 €.
- When ordering from our online store, only the handling fee of €3.99 applies to purchases under €100
- If your order includes only products from the full-serve furniture area, we will pick the products free of charge
Small order delivery
We fully understand that you don't just visit us to buy furniture. So if all that you want is some cute little things for your home, we can deliver your smaller purchases at a lower price in Tallinn and Tartu cities.Small order delivery price: 9,90 €.
Maximum order size: 30 kg.
If the weight of products in your shopping cart is higher than the stated maximum value (30,01 kg or more), the standard delivery fee is applied.

Tallinn store
- Pick up your order at the e-store pick-up point next to the store exit where we hand out orders from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Pick up your order in the customer service area where we hand out orders from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The customer service area is located inside the store.

Tartu
- from 10.00 to 20.00 inside the pick-up point (lightweight packages up to 30 kg);
- from 08.00 to 20.00 at the loading area (heavyweight packages).

Handling fee
- An additional order handling fee of 3,99 € is applied to online orders under 100 €.
- If your online shopping cart value is greater than 100 €, there is no additional handling fee.
* If you order goods from our online store and make use of the home delivery service, the additional order handling fee is also added in case your order is less than 100 €.

It can be difficult to assemble furniture by yourself, so we can assemble them for you. The price for the professional’s visit depends on the area where you live and for the finaal price you need to add the price of assembly/installation.

The bathroom installation service can only be ordered with the bathroom assembly. To see the final price, you must also add the price of the visit and the price of the assembly. E.g If you live in Tallinn, Tartu, Rae Parish or Kiili Parish, the minimum price for bathroom wash-basin installation with the assembly of the wash-basin cabinet will be 295 € (professional’s visit + assembly + installation).

During the consultation, you can discuss your needs and dreams with one of our interior designers. However, if you decide to implement the proposed project and to purchase IKEA furniture and accessories, you will get this service for free (payment for the service will be considered a prepayment for goods, which were selected for your interior design solution). Purchase finance servicesPurchase finance services in IKEA Store and Ordering Point and IKEA Tartu Planning Studio are offered by the finance company “Svea Finance” AS. Financing option applies to purchases within the price range 100 € – 20 000 €.
Financing terms and conditions of “Svea Finance AS”:
• fixed annual interest rate 10,9 %;
• commission fee: 2%;
• monthly administration fee: 0.0 %;
• first instalment: 0 € (purchases above 10 000 € are subject to first instalment of 10 %);
• maximum finance period is 72 months.
For example, monthly payment for financed purchases in the amount of 300 € with a 12-month maturity term would be 27,03 €.
Annual interest rate: 10,9 %
Commission fee for conclusion of a loan agreement: 2 %
