Minimising food waste

Did you know that one-third of all food produced ends up wasted along the food value chain? Minimising food waste is the second most impactful climate action you can take as an individual or household. Keeping food out of the bin is good for the planet – and for your wallet. Of course, there’s always a risk that some goes to waste, but with a little planning, smart preparation, and proper storage, you can make a big difference.
