IKEA Business team brought a touch of Scandinavian style to a three-room display home in Tallinn’s Lõvirahu development, designed for real estate developer Astlanda.

The client’s wish was clear: a truly luxurious interior with every detail thoughtfully considered. To make that vision real, our interior designer chose the STOCKHOLM collection – a perfect match for elegance, quality, and timeless design.

Warm beige tones and natural oak veneer set the stage, complemented by black and gold accents. These choices don’t just create harmony and balance – they highlight the beauty and texture of every material.

Curves, comfort and a touch of gold in the living room

In the living room, our designer used pieces from the STOCKHOLM 2025 series – a sofa, dining table, chairs, and coffee table. Each piece speaks the same design language, creating a look that’s elegant and effortlessly cohesive.
To add a touch of exclusivity, they were paired with floor and ceiling lamps from the same series. Their golden details catch the eye and tie the whole space together.

Rounded shapes – on the coffee table, dining table, and the sofa’s soft curves – make the room feel more relaxed and flowing. These gentle lines bring both luxury and a sense of home.

A kitchen that balances beauty and function

This practical, modern kitchen follows the same color palette as the rest of the apartment. Oak veneer makes for a natural, cozy feel, while black dining chairs add contrast – a rhythm that keeps the space balanced. Golden details lift the whole look to the next level.

The true star? An impressive ceiling light. Its golden finish and circles of glass tubes at different heights create an effect that’s both modern and luxurious. More than just a light source, it’s the centerpiece of the room – like a piece of jewelry that elevates the entire interior.

An organized start to every day

The first space you enter in this home is a minimalist and practical hallway. A light color palette and smooth surfaces create a sense of openness, complemented by the modern accent of a black door. Thanks to the large mirror and smartly arranged wardrobes, arriving home and heading out for the day is quick and convenient. When you need to put on your shoes, you can comfortably sit on the pouffe. And the key rack keeps your keys always within reach.
