Makes two baking trays of crispbread.
Preheat the oven to 150 C° (125 C° for a forced air oven).
Add 50 ml of flavourless vegetable oil and 200 ml of hot water (approx. 50 C°) to the bag and close properly. Keep the bag upright and knead into a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into two pieces. Place on a sheet of baking paper and press out the dough thinly and evenly with your hands
Bake in the middle of the oven until the crispbread is dry and has golden brown surface (approx. 50 minutes).
Store the crispbread in an airtight container.
Once the dough is prepared, do not store it for more than one day.
