"Being the functionalist that I am, I studied the common activities that occur in a kitchen when creating STJÄRNHOV handles and knobs. I quickly realised that they had to be easy to grip, even with sticky hands. Grease or fingerprints should also not be visible, and they must be easy to clean. I focused on finding the right geometric balance and proportions. The simplified construction makes them elegant and beautiful, like little jewels – and at a price that surprises!”
